Connected Haarlem

Privacy statement

Updated on 13 October 2026

Connected Haarlem (Koppestokstraat 87, 2014 AN Haarlem, Chamber of Commerce 75700026) handles your data with care. Here you can read which data we use, what for, and how long we keep it.

This website

If you give your consent, we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive and on what kind of device. Google sets cookies for this (which last up to two years) and receives your IP address. We don't use this data for advertising. Without your consent, we measure nothing. We remember your choice for six months in a cookie, and you can change it at any time via 'Cookies' at the bottom of every page.

The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the map at the bottom comes from Google Maps; Google receives your IP address, and Google Maps may set cookies. If you choose a language, a cookie remembers that choice for a year.

The chat assistant

Questions to the chat assistant are answered using an AI service (Claude by Anthropic). We keep the questions for a month, without your IP address, to improve the answers. So please don't share personal details in it.

Tenants and applications

If you apply to use a room or rent from us, we use your name, contact details and business details for the rental agreement, bookings, invoices and the electronic key. We keep invoices and the accounts for seven years, as the law requires.

The open day

If you book for the open day, we only use your name and email address for the booking, one reminder beforehand and a thank-you afterwards. We don't pass them on to the therapists or anyone else, and we delete them one week after the open day; only the app's technical logs may still contain your email address for up to a month. What you paid and when is kept for the accounts, without your name.

Payments are handled by Mollie, which processes your payment details under its own privacy statement; we only see whether the payment went through.

Your rights

You can always ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it. Just email info@connectedhaarlem.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
