Open day terms

These terms apply to booking for the open day at Connected Haarlem (Koppestokstraat 87, 2014 AN Haarlem, Chamber of Commerce 75700026).

Booking

You book in your own name, for yourself. You can choose up to two different sessions in advance, at least 15 minutes apart; on the day you can add more if there's room. After payment you'll receive a confirmation by email. You're welcome to drop in for tea and to meet the therapists without booking.

The contribution

A one-to-one session costs €5 and a group session €2.50, including VAT. You pay when you book, via iDEAL (Mollie). The net proceeds (after VAT and payment costs) go to the Haarlem foundation Massage voor de Zorg.

Cancelling and refunds

If you can't come, please cancel using the link in your confirmation, no later than 8 pm on the evening before the open day. You'll get your contribution back, and your place becomes available to someone else. If you cancel later or don't come, your contribution becomes part of the net proceeds for the good cause.

Because this is an activity on a fixed date, the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply; you can, however, cancel free of charge until the evening before.

If something changes

If a session is cancelled or moved, we'll let you know as soon as possible. If you can't make the new time, you'll get your contribution for that session back.

The sessions

The sessions are an introduction to the therapists' work, not a treatment and no substitute for medical care. Do tell the therapist anything that matters for you, such as an injury or a pregnancy.
